Strom White moved my household belongings from a village in New England to Puerto Vallarta, and it was the easiest and best moving experience of my life. They helped me fill out forms for the Mexican Consulate in New York. They translated my menaje de casa, answered every question, and guided me every step of the way. They made sure everything cleared customs in Laredo with no problems or delays. I asked that my stuff arrive in Puerto Vallarta on January 9. At noon. It arrived on January 9. At 12:15. Wow! I call that spectacular. Plus, everything arrived unbroken and in the same shape it was when it left my house. The three men who delivered my belongings were wonderful, moving pieces of furniture around until I was satisfied, and doing it with a smile. This company is the TOPS!!!!! I moved from Atlanta, Georgia to Lazaro Cardenas, on the SW coast of Mexico. Yeah!!! About 4500 miles!!! The company they used in Atlanta came in and packed everything as if they had been packing items from the Louvre Museum. I have antiques and many artworks. Each was handled with the greatest of care. They even had to crate a huge gold leaf mantle mirror, a 5’9″ grand piano and the frame for a very large crystal chandelier. Six containers and 4 crates of stuff. That was on April 29 and 30, 2013. Everything went into storage until December 2014 at which time it was all trucked down to Texas. Strom White Movers brought everything through customs and all the way down to me here, just south of Lazaro Cardenas. Everything arrived in PERFECT condition and believe it or not…the piano was still in tune. Yeah. These folks are fantastic and know EXACTLY what they are doing and I would recommend them for any move. They were consta ntly in touch with me to let me know how things were going and to make sure I had no concerns during the entire ordeal. To say I was happy and satisfied with their service would be a total and extreme UNDERSTATEMENT!!!! They are the BOMB!!!!! Thank you Teresa and Doug. I love you both.

Just wanted to let you know that everything went great! The guys arrived about 30 minutes before the truck. We had a friend here that speaks Spanish so she was able to help with everything. The truck arrived around 5:00PM. I drove here with my vehicle, so I know how slow going the road into PV can be. The guys were very friendly and did a great job. They would not even drink a beer after.

It appears as though they only opened a couple boxes at the border, and when we reopened them, it does not look like anything was even moved around in the boxes. I am so happy about that. The boxes are not crushed, torn or ripped. Even though I won’t be able to open most of them until I get back from Calgary, it is a relief knowing they are here and in such good condition. I am pretty confident that there won’t be anything broken. The couple I did open right away that I thought might be broken are not….so very happy about that. It is like Christmas here!

I am glad I had spoken to you at length last summer about the options of moving. My brother & wife (who gave me your contact information) chose to move their stuff by container, and by sea. They did not have a good experience, and lots of things smashed and items stolen at the customs place in Manzanillo. Their driver said they unloaded everything and just threw things back in the boxes and then threw the boxes back in the container. Apparently he had not seen anything like that before. That was mid Dec. You had told me about such things….glad I took your advice.

I will recommend your company to anyone who asks…my neighbors need a moving company to bring their things from I think it is South Carolina. I will tell them how good my experience was.
